On Thursday evening, the New York Knicks are hosting the Miami Heat at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports (updated as of 12:30 Eastern Time).

The Heat have ruled out Jamal Cain, Nikola Jovic, Omer Yurtseven, Orlando Robinson and Duncan Robinson.

Victor Oladipo is doubtful, while Gabe Vincent is questionable.

Meanwhile, the Knicks have ruled out DaQuan Jeffries, Trevor Keels and Mitchell Robinson.

The Heat come into the night with a 29-23 record in 52 games, which has them as the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference.

After a poor start to the season, they have been a good team over the last month. 

Right now, the Heat are 7-3 in their last ten games but 12-14 in the 26 games they have played on the road away from Miami (17-9 at home). 

The Knicks are one spot below the Heat (as the seventh seed) with a 27-25 record in 52 games.

Over the last ten games, they are 4-6, and they are also in the middle of a two-game losing streak. 

At home, the Knicks have a 12-14 record in 26 games hosted at Madison Square Garden (they are 15-11 on the road). 

This will be the first time the Heat and Knicks have faced off during the 2022-23 NBA season. 

Last year, the Heat made the Eastern Conference Finals for the second time in three seasons, while the Knicks missed the NBA Playoffs (just one season after being the fourth seed).
