De’Aaron Fox Injury Update for Cavs-Kings Game

The Sacramento Kings will host the Cleveland Cavaliers in California.

The Kings have played the last five games without their best player (All-Star point guard De’Aaron Fox).

After losing the first three games without Fox, the Kings have been able to win each of the last two and are coming off a 105-98 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Fox was officially listed as doubtful.

In three games this season, Fox is averaging 31.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 48.6% from the field and 37.5% from the three-point range.

The Kings are 4-4 in their first eight games, which has them as the seventh seed in the Western Conference.

Following the Cavs, they will play their next game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday evening (in Los Angeles).

Fox is in his seventh season in the NBA, and last year, he made his first All-Star Game.

He averaged 25.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 51.2% from the field.

The Kings were the third seed in the Western Conference and made the NBA playoffs for the first time since the 2006 season.
