Hawks Return Home

The Hawks are coming off a 134-112 loss to Golden State in a game Atlanta trailed 69-68 at the half but fell apart in the second half. In the loss, Atlanta was led by Dejounte Murray had 23 points, Jalen Johnson had 21 points, Saddiq Bey had 18, Bogdan Bogdanovic had 17 points, Clint Capela had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, while off the bench Patty Mills has 13 points.

Atlanta will be without Wesley Matthews, Vit Krejci, De’Andre Hunter, and Mouhamed Gueye while Trae Young and Bruno Fernando are questionable.

Mavericks On Three-Game Losing Skid

Dallas is coming off a 132-109 home loss to Phoenix on Wednesday which was their third straight loss. The Mavericks led 34-25 after the first quarter but were outscored in the final three quarters to lose. Dallas was led by Luka Doncic who had 34 points and off the bench, Tim Hardaway Jr. had 17 points and Jalen Hardy had 11 points as the only players with double-digit points.

The Mavericks have been led by its offense as Dallas averages 118.1 PPG which ranks eighth while shooting 47.1% from the field and 36.9% from three with an offensive rating of 117.7 which ranks 12th. The Mavericks have a defensive rating of 117.4 which ranks 20th while allowing 117.8 PPG which ranks 21st.
