With so many players’ statuses unknown, the Heat are in danger of beginning the year with a 1-4 record. Herro has recorded 28 or more points in two games, but Miami is 0-2 in these circumstances.

Brooklyn is fourth in the league in points per game with an average of 122. They rank third in field goal percentage and second in three-point percentage.

Star Mikal Bridges is coming off a 24-point performance in a win over the Charlotte Hornets. Guard Cam Thomas has scored a minimum of 30 points in each of the Nets’ contests.
