Injury Report: LA Clippers vs New York Knicks
Tonight will be the very first time NBA fans see Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, James Harden, and Russell Westbrook play together. It remains to be seen how healthy the squad will be all season, but tonight, they’re all scheduled to play. What better place to debut than Madison Square Garden?
The LA Clippers only have two players listed on their injury report: Terance Mann and Brandon Boston. Mann has been dealing with a left ankle sprain since the start of the regular season and remains out, he did travel with the team though. Brandon Boston has remained out with left quadriceps tendinopathy since the very first game of the preseason. Ty Lue did mention that Terance Mann went through a limited practice on Friday and is considered day-to-day.
The New York Knicks only have one player listed on their injury report: RJ Barrett. RJ Barrett is questionable with patellar tendinopathy in his left knee.
James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George all played together in practice and that was one of the very first moments Ty Lue witnessed them all together. Tonight is day one of the James Harden era for the Clippers and everyone is still curious about how all four will work together on the floor. With only one practice together, it’s way too early to judge, but these are four of the greatest players of all time.
