Preview and Odds Utah Jazz vs. Sacramento Kings

The Utah Jazz (29-45) will take on the Sacramento Kings (42-31) in a Western Conference battle. This will be the third and final game in the season series with the Kings holding a 2-0 lead. These two teams have not played since December 16th. The Jazz have lost eight consecutive games, most recently a one-point loss to the Rockets on Friday. Utah is currently in 12th place in the Western Conference and has been eliminated from playoff contention. Jazz continue losing streak

The Jazz have gone on an eight-game losing streak after falling to the Rockets 101-100 at home. The Jazz were able to hold the Rockets to 38.5% shooting from the field and 31% shooting from three but they shot just 25.8% from three and committed 20 turnovers. Even with all that, the Jazz led for most of the game but could not make enough plays down the stretch to win. John Collins led Utah with 30 points and 11 rebounds. Collin Sexton finished with 29 points, six rebounds, and five assists while Johnny Juzang scored 12 points off the bench. Kris Dunn added 11 points and eight rebounds.

The Jazz are scoring 116.3 PPG on 46.9% shooting from the field and 35.4% shooting from three. Utah is fifth in the NBA in points in the paint per game and sixth in free throws made per game. The Jazz are giving up 120.5 PPG and are allowing opponents to shoot 48.5% from the field and 39.6% shooting from three. Utah is ninth in the NBA in blocks per game. The Jazz are 16th in the NBA in offensive rating and 30th in defensive rating.
