Nets And Knicks Injury Reports

On Monday night, the New York Knicks are hosting the Brooklyn Nets at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.

For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports (updated as of 8:30 Eastern Time).

The Nets have ruled out Seth Curry, while Mitchell Robinson has been ruled out for the Knicks.

Those are the only two players on the injury report, so both teams come into the matchup relatively healthy.

The two teams faced off less than three weeks ago (in Brooklyn), and the Nets won 122-115.

Right now, the Nets are the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 33-23 record in 56 games.

They are 4-6 in their last ten games and 16-12 in the 28 games they have played on the road away from Barclays Center.

The team will be a lot different moving forward, as they traded away All-Stars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving last week.

As for the Knicks, they are the seventh seed in the east with a 31-27 record in 58 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and 15-15 in the 30 games they have hosted at home in Madison Square Garden.

In 2021, the Knicks made the NBA Playoffs (as the fourth seed) for the first time since 2013.

Despite the return to the postseason, they were unable to build off that and missed the playoffs in 2022.

That said, the Knicks look like they will be a legitimate contender for a top-six seed in the east this season.
