NBA's official injury report

The two teams faced off in the first round of the 2021 NBA Playoffs, and the Hawks won the series in five games (they made the Eastern Conference Finals that season).

Right now, the Knicks come into the night as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-27 record in 59 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

In addition, the Knicks are one of the best teams on the road in the NBA, with a 16-12 record in the 28 games they have played outside of Madison Square Garden in New York City.

As for the Hawks, they are just one spot behind the Knicks (eighth seed) with a 29-29 record in 58 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games and a solid 15-11 in the 26 games they have hosted at State Farm Arena.

Last season, the Knicks missed the NBA Playoffs, while the Hawks lost in the first round to the Miami Heat (in five games).

Both teams have talented rosters that should land them in the 2023 NBA Playoffs.
